As many of you know, I lost almost 60 pounds last year (yes, even though I was pregnant). I am having a hard time keeping myself accountable for what I eat each day. So, in the hopes that writing it down and announcing it to the world will help, I am letting you all know that I have a goal.
It is my intention to write down everything that I eat this week.
